I ordered from Lea Leo and the item itself was fine, but it just didn’t fit the way I expected. The frustrating part started when I tried to return it. The instructions weren’t very clear, so I emailed customer service and didn’t really get the answer I needed at first.

I ended up having to follow up again and basically push the issue before things finally moved along. The refund did come through eventually, but it took longer than it should have. I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience, but if you need a simple, stress-free return, this was more hassle than I expected.

My order showed up way later than it was supposed to, and I don’t think I’m being unreasonable for being annoyed about it. I get that delays happen, but this was just too late and really frustrating.

I ordered from lealeo.co because the clothes looked cute online, i was hoping it would be an easy win. When everything showed up, the pieces looked okay, but once I tried them on, the fit was a whole different story.

I got my usual size and even checked the size chart first, so I thought I was being careful. But the top was tight around the arms, the bottoms were oddly loose, and I was just standing there like, give me a break. It didn’t feel consistent at all.

Maybe their sizing works better for other people, but it definitely didn’t work for me. The whole thing felt confusing, and unless they improve the fit or sizing info, I don’t think I’d order again.

When it arrived, it did look pretty, but the quality felt a little cheaper in person than I was hoping for. Shipping was fine, not terrible, just not especially quick either. Maybe I had my expectations too high because of the pictures, but overall it was okay, not bad, just not quite what I personally thought I was getting.

I don’t really get why anyone would complain too much about it, it feels soft, it’s easy to wear, and overall I’ve been comfortable in it. Nothing fancy, but it does what I needed it to do.

Support took a while to get back to me and basically just said the code had expired. The prices are okay, but the promos are kind of confusing.

I’m glad the item itself arrived okay and works as expected. That said, the packaging was messy and the box showed up really beat up, which was a little disappointing to see. Thankfully, nothing inside was damaged, so it ended up being fine overall

I heard back after a couple of days, and they did end up helping me, but I literally had to ask twice to get it sorted. Not a bad experience overall, just wish the response time was a little quicker.

I was actually surprised by how much stuff lealeo.co had to browse through. I tend to compare options before buying, and it was easy to look at a few similar items side by side and figure out what made the most sense. I found what I needed quicker than I thought I would. A few products could use more size or color options, but overall the selection was solid.

The site is easy to use, I’ll give them that. But it’s way slower than it should be, and that’s on them. There’s no reason a simple site should make people sit there waiting around.

It’s pretty much as described, so no big surprises there. The quality is okay for the price, nothing amazing but def works fine. Shipping was a little slow tho, but it got here eventually.

I ordered a basic hoodie thinking it would arrive quickly, but it ended up taking almost three weeks. The tracking didn’t update much for days, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. The hoodie itself was fine once it finally arrived, but the wait kind of took the excitement out of it. I’d probably only order again if I wasn’t in any hurry...

Tried checking out and my payment failed twice, then my cart just emptied itself. Not gonna lie, frustrating and not a great experience.

I ordered from lealeo.co and overall it was a decent experience. Most of my order was correct, but one item came in a different color than the one I chose. The size was right and everything else matched, so it wasn’t a major issue, just a little annoying.

Shipping was about what I expected and the package arrived in good shape. Compared with some other online shops I’ve used, they’re not bad at all, but I do think competitors are sometimes a bit more careful with checking details before sending orders out

Lealeo is okay for the price, but I was expecting a little more. It’s not terrible value, just average overall. If you’re looking for something that really stands out, this one might be avoidable.
